You need a special tool that should come with the car. i has a pick tool too take the centre cap out, then a special formed bottom to insert underneath the centre cap after removed. then twist it until its loose and use the pick tool too pop the hubcap off the tire.

Quite simple -- a hammer.
IT IS BEHIND THE SHIFTER UNDER THE RADIO. YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE SHIFTER CONSOALE TO GAIN ACESS. IF YOU REMOVE THE RELAY COVER ON THE PASS. SIDE LEFT SIDE OF THE FLOOR BOARD. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE IT BEHIND THE RELAYS.
If both sides (right and left) don't blink on and off, the blinker "can" may be the culprit.
