Depending On The Size Of The Bar You Are Using You Could Possibly Use Cutters To Snip The Bar Alternatively See Your Local Piercer They Will Help You Out.
from the day you get your lip piercing done, the back, flat part of the labret bar imbeds slightly into your lip, don't worry as long as the lip doesn't engulf the bar, because this is normal. as a result, the bar kind of blends into your lip and it becomes easier to eat as the days go by of the healing process. just be careful if the first labret bar you got from the piercing place is long, because you can end up chewing the bar by mistake, so take eating slow the first while and you'll be fine :)
Remove it right away else it will stay swollen
Unscrew the top ball, remove jewellery.
yes
Your lip will heal with the hoop through it. In a couple years, when you remove the hoop you will have a hole in your lip.
If the ball on the end of the bar has closed inside your skin you will have to get it surgically removed. There is no other way of getting it out without seriously damaging your lip.
