what is the fiberglass on? Use aircraft stripper with rubber gloves and well ventilated area. Follow the directions on the can or else you are going to have to sand it off use dust mask or better
Use styrene monomer - use gloves, wet a rag with the monomer, then sit it on the area for awhile, it will break down the PU. and clean off.
