just pull up on it from fuse box, if need be, be very carefull and use pliers to re move it.
To remove th Flasher Relay just pull it straight out.

Remove the fuse box cover by squeezing the tab at the side. Find the relay you want to remove, then gently rock it from side to side whilst pulling. It will be stiff, but you should be able to remove it by hand.
You have to remove the glove-box. You will find the relay back - to left.
Relay switches are in the relay center in the engine compartment. Open the hood and the relay center is at the back of the engine compartment on the passenger side. Turn the two plastic locking nuts 1/4 turn and remove the metal fly nut to remove.
Open up the glove compartment, remove all the junk inside, locate and remove the relay cover in back of the compartment.
