First disconnect the battery terminals, after that the starter is located under the vehicle right behind the front bumper cover. The three bolts holding it on are reached from the drivers side they are 3 15mm bolts-looking right behind the front bumper cover and lower radiator support you will see the starter, remove the bolts this will allow you to remove the wire going to the back of the starter easier when you can move the starter lower to reach them. Once the bolts and wires are removed slide the starter out from the passenger side of the vehicle, you will have to move it around a little to get it out. Once its out put the new one in and start all 3 bolts before hooking any of the wires up make sure they are started to hold the part in place so you can put the wires back on. Put some electrical grease on the new wire threads and bolt the wires back in place. Now tighten the bolts down and connect the battery back up. This is not a hard job but will need to jack the vehicle up remove some of the splash shields and reset your radio stations.
