The fuel level sensor is on the fuel pump module in the tank.
Most likely the fuel level sensor in the tank has failed.
You put the transmission fluid into the dipstick where you check it, do it with the engine on, and on a level suface
Could be just about anything without more information. Check your oil level first.
Check your power steering fluid level. It may be low.

I don't know the answer to this but I am having the same problem with a 99 Chrysler Cirrus. Some one please help! The part you need is a Blower motor resistor, available at your dealer for about $25.00. Located behind glove box. Empty glove box, press in rear sides and let fall toward floor board. It is the Small rectangular box with 2 wire connections coming out of it. Remove wire plugs, remove two hex head screws, replace resistor, replace screws, replace wires, return glove box. Enjoy the multi-level blower. (This is for a 01 T&C, might be the same for Cirrus) Good Luck!
To service the transmission on a 1997 Chrysler Cirrus, start by checking the transmission fluid level and condition; if it's low or dirty, replace it. Drain the old fluid using the transmission pan drain plug, and replace the transmission filter and gasket. Refill with the appropriate type and amount of transmission fluid, then take the vehicle for a short drive and recheck the fluid level. Ensure to check for leaks and perform any necessary adjustments to the linkage or settings if needed.
