You have to remove half the dashboard before you can even get access to the stereo mounting bolts. Start with removing the glove compartment, then the molding on the right side of the stereo. Ash tray, then I think you can remove the molding that is around the stereo. You can find a very helpful step-by-step guide at www.installdr.com for many types of vehicles.
