What bolt and where is it stuck ? If it is the bolt holding the blade on, generally you hold the blade and loosen it. If this isn't possible for some reason, I would put a wrench on the head of the bolt, a 6 sided box end wrench instead of a 12 point. Hold the wrench on the head so it doesn't pop off and smack the end of the wrench down with a hammer. If you have access to one, an impact driver should do it. If it is some bolt on the saw itself, it would depend on where it was and what you can use to take it out.

How to?

How to Change a Circular Saw Blade Doing your own home repair work can sometimes seem like a challenging task to say the least. There are many tools needed in the process: one of which is a circular saw. There are times when replacing the blade in a saw becomes a must. One reason can be that it simply needs an upgrade. Another would be that the original blade is old and has become dull. In any case, changing the blade in a circular saw requires careful preparation as it can be very dangerous if not done properly. This article is designed to explain in detail how to change a circular saw blade. STEP 1 Make sure that all of the power is turned cut off from the saw. Unplug it from the wall and make sure the cord is no where near an outlet. After all, you don’t want it to turn on while you’ve got your hands on the blade. STEP 2 Slide the guard away from the blade, exposing it. Then sit the entire saw down on a work bench and make sure it is kept immobile. STEP 3 Using two clamps, secure the saw to the bench making absolutely sure that it is secure. Even though the saw is unplugged, it can still fall and severely cut your foot. STEP 4 There is a hole on the saw blade that will allow access for a drill bit. Locate this hole and have a bit handy. STEP 5 Place the drill bit through the hole to make sure that the blade doesn’t move. This is to keep it from cutting your hand. Please note that many newer models come packed with blade lock features that will keep the blade immobile. STEP 6 Use a socket or wrench to remove the blade bolt that is located in the center of the blade. After this bolt is removed, the entire blade will release from the saw. Remove it. STEP 7 Install the new saw blade and make sure that the bolt is secured tightly. Now remove the blade lock and push the cover back over the bladed part of the circular saw. Now your circular saw is as good as new.
