Begin by removing the wiring harness from the back of your CD changer. Remove the CD changer retaining bolts. The CD changer will come out.
Remove the retaining cover from the front of the CD changer. Remove the CD changer retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the CD changer.
Remove the decorative cover from your 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe six CD changer. Remove the CD changer retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the CD changer.

You must remove the strip across the dash to remove the side panel to access the CD changer...if you have used paper label CD's you may have glue ick all over your rollers...if it continues to run when you use the radio it will strip the gears of the changer and it's all over.

You may want to go to a car parts store, or book store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.
