There is a horseshoe-shaped metal clip behind the window crank. You must ply the clip out from behind the crank in order to release the crank itself. I would advise you to remove the crank before unscrewing any parts to the door (the process can be very difficult and this will save time). Some auto stores sell cheap removal kits for this.

If there is no faster head visible then it likely is attached with a clip on the backside of the crank handle. slip the handle between the handle and door panel to remove the clip.
