remove wing mirror
Remove the headlamps and front bumper. Remove the three upper retaining bolts and the wheel arch liner. Remove all the bolts holding the wing in place and remove it.

Remove the securing bolts and lift out the mud-shield from under the wing. If working on the driver's side wing, remove the steering box mud-shield. Using a socket wrench, remove the bolts securing the wing to the scuttle pillar. Remove the bolts securing the wing and to the sill panel. Remove the bolts securing the rear end of the wing to the upper mounting bracket Remove the bolt securing the wing to the steering column support plate. Finally remove the bolts securing the wing to the grille panel. With an assistant, lift the complete wing assembly away from the vehicle.

The Kia Sedona spare tire is located beneath the floor in the cargo compartment. The spare tire is secured by a center wing nut. Remove the wing nut and the tire will come out.

On my 99 you remove the headlight assembly by removing the two plastic covered wing nuts, then remove the side marker/blinker assembly by removing the plastic covered wing bolt, then the light is accessible. It sounds harder than it is!
Remove the inside door panel. Remove the wiring harness from the mirror. Remove the mirror retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new mirror.

It's in the front offsider (drivers) front wing. You can see the filles poking through the inner wing in the engine bay, but the bottle is behind the wheel arch line & the wing. Jack thr car up & remove wheel. Several self tappers & bolts secure the inner wing, and a number of locating clips. Remove & the bottle is behind the headlight. Inner wing removal & replacement can be a bit difficult, so it's not a 5 minute job
