The wiring harness will come off in one or two major pieces, start disconnecting wires from components on the engine as well as the plastic retainers on the wire looms, start at the front of the engine and work your way back until all of the wires have been disconnected from the engine components, you should be able to find the large connector that joins the engine wiring harness to the vehicle wiring and disconnect it there, it shouod be right up against the firewall.
Be careful with all those connectors, especially the fuel injector ones, the red tabs will break easily.
If the motor is the same the wiring harness should fit. Only thing I would check is the sending units. As long as both vehicles have gauges or both have warning lights all should be fine.
TheChevy Celebrity engine wiring harness would not likely be available new from Chevrolet. The only likely source would be a wrecking yard and prices there vary widely from yard to yard.
