Go to a parts house and purchase a Haynes Manual that is specific to your car.
You will need to remove the fan and the water pump. You may have to remove the radiator to be able to have room to remove the balancer. Remove the bolt in the center of the crankshaft. Using a puller , pull off the balancer. Remove the bolts surrounding the timing. Pry the timing cover from the block. I do not know your reason for doing this but if you are wanting to remove the seal you DO NOT have to remove the timing cover.
You will need to remove the fan shroud and the fan. Drain and remove the radiator. Using a puller you will have to remove the harmonic balancer. Next you will have to remove the water pump. Remove the bolts holding the timing cover and pry it away from the engine. In some cases you will have to remove 2 bolts on either side of the oil pan.
