The rear seats on 2nd generation Camaros (not sure about the other generations but I believe they are the same) are 3 separate pieces: the back is one piece and the seat bottoms are separate pieces.
1. Grab the bottom seats (where you put your butt) by the sides and push towards the rear of the car (they'll move about an inch) and then yank upwards... they're held in by clips built into in the floor pan that clip directly to the seat.
2. The seat back is held in place by tabs that run along the package tray at the top and 2 bolts at the bottom. At the bottom of the seat back on each side you'll see a large bolt with a fender washer on it. (3/4"??? It's been a while I forget the size.) Remove those and slide the seat back upwards and it should come right off.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1980 Chevy Camaro heater blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.
You can remove the panel inside the back of the car. From there you can access your tail lights and your tag lights.

You have to get back there, and push the bottom cushion in, and then up. This is not an exact science, so you will have work with it. Once the botton is out, just lift the back up, and it will unhook.
