Turn the phone around so you can see the back of it.
The battery has a small tab on the top/centre of it.
Press the tab & the back of the battery case will come off to expose the battery.
Press on the the exact same location on the battery as you did on the battery case back plate.
Use your fingernail to pull the top of the battery out.
Insert the new battery in the reverse order.

∙ 12y agoI found it hard at first but now i find it really easy. First just take the cover off by sliding it downwards. Then put your nail in the whole next to the battery on the left hand side and just pull the battery out.

∙ 15y agoHOLD PHONE UPRIGHT WITH FRONT CLOSED THEN TURN IT AROUND LOOKING AT THE BACK PUT YOUR FINGERNAIL AT THE TOP OF BATTERY COVER AND SHOVE DOWN RELECING THE LATCH.
