Just wait a while and keep on washing your hands. The dead skin cells on your hands will come off and take the permanent marker with them. What does this have to do with cars and vehicles anyway?
It depends entirely on what you've marked with the permanent marker. If it is material, then it will take quite a few washes before it comes out completely. If it is a side in a kitchen, it might take a cleaning product to get rid of it (sif is a good one to use). Hope this helps! if its on you it only lasts a couple of days if you constantly wash your hands....good luck ;)
Are talking about the Daft Punk Song, "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" and the fan video "daft hands" where they write lyrics on their hands in black marker?
