Dab some bleach on a rag of cloth that you don't use and try it. My sister is 5 and she did that to my shoes and i tried that and it worked... You can also use Mr. Clean Magic erasers... they work wonders!

I would try fingernail polish remover. That will take permanent marker off of almost anything.
in the permanent marker there is nothing just black air
I have found nothing to get permanent marker off of anything. That is why it is called permanent. It stays.
Just wait a while and keep on washing your hands. The dead skin cells on your hands will come off and take the permanent marker with them. What does this have to do with cars and vehicles anyway?
a black permanent marker by the brand sharpie that produce the best permanent markers in the world
Acetone based nail polish remover. Honestly!!!
I would say that is impossible without ruining the color or fabric of the coat.
You use a sharpee or other black permanent marker and then photocopy it

Try Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. Not just for hair... I don't know if this works on leather or not, but I've used hairspray to remove permanent black marker from a crushed velvet sofa. (I wonder if it's the alcohol in it?)
It depends on how porous the siding material is. If it is fairly new, rubbing alcohol may remove it. If it is older paint that has weathered, it may be pretty hard to remove and you may have to paint over it.
