WATER,WATER,WATER...depending on how much you smoke(i smoked about 5 -light- cigarettes a day for a few weeks after i recently quit for a period of months i was rid of the cotinine in about 3 to 4 days) it supposedly can take up to 30 days...just eat less and drink more water. I'm currently up to a pack a day and have a cotinine test in about a week(quitting today) and I think i'll be fine, but i do have a moderately high metabolism, nothing extreme just a little above average...oh, and mostly any liquid will do...just LOTS, especially before the test, I've had completely clear urine and never has it been too "watery" or whatever...so mix it up before the test cranberry apple is my personal fave
The lymphatic system.
The only way that you can completely cleanse cotinine (nicotine) out of your system is to quit smoking. Once you have quit smoking, drinking lots of water and exercise can help cleanse the rest of the nicotine out of your system.
vitamin C, vitamin B, exercise, lots of water
No, pot does not contain nicotine, which is what produces cotinine.
no if its a single panel test for nicotine and cotinine
Quit smoking and / or using products that contain nicotine.
If you are having a urine or blood test then Cotinine- the breakdown product of nicotine that they test for you should be clear 4 days after your last smoke. Nicotine itself should be out of your system within hours broken down of course into Cotinine.
Cotinine is the first-order metabolite of nicotine - which marijuana doesn't contain. So, no.
No. There is no THC in it. You can also enjoy some mugwort if you like!!
Cotinine is tricky but I will tell you that most people will say that it stays in your sytem for about 2 to 4 days. I will tell you honestly..Try more than 3 months...I quit smoking 3 months ago and have not touched another cigarette or even been around it. I tested positive for cotinine on my last nicotine test. I was a heavy smoker but I even used cleansing products and still failed. Nothing will help you get rid of it but time, exercise, lots of water or juice, and never smoking again...Hope this helps
Yes. those like nicotine gum and others that replace nicotine in the blood to help smoker quit. Can cause cotinine to look the same as smoking.
Cotinine is pronounced as "ko-tuh-neen" with the emphasis on the second syllable.
