the fuse panel is on the end of drivers side dash. remove the panel, there should be a card inside
under the dash on the drivers side you will have to remove the plastic cover to see them
Remove bolts from inside of glove dep. Remove bolts under defrost vent. Remove bolts from panels on side of dash. I think there is a total of 6-8 bolts.
Remove Lower Dash Panel passenger side. Remove glove box. Remove middle dash panel (below glove box). ECU is attached to the back of middle dash panel.

You need to remove the dash panel. It will allow you to get access to many connectors and it will be easier to remove the harness.
1) Open the glove box and remove 5 screws. I think 9/32" screws.2) Remove side panels from driver side dash and passengers side dash, and extract 1 screw from each side.3) Remove 1 Phillips head screw at top center of air vent.4) Extract 2 screws under vent panel, carefully remove top dash.5) Extract 3 screws from the top of the front dash panel, disconnect and remove radio.
