i have a 2004 chevy express cargo van and i cant find the fuse box
connected to the bottom of the steering box
becasue of the weight of the truck itself.
Remove the glovebox, to the right you will see a silver box with 2 connectors going into it. Thats your PCM. The VSS Buffer is mounted to the bottom of the tray the PCM sits on.
To remove the glove box on a Chevy Celebrity pull the glove box out, then push up on the tab on the underside of the box to release the latch that keeps the globe box in. It will then simply pull the rest of the way out.
The 2002 1500 is a different body line. A 2002 2500 or 3500 with the same engine as the 2000 would have the same air box.
Its located in the center of the dash behind the dash panel mounted on the a/c heater housing and if you remove the glove box and look to the left you will be able to see it.......
if its a 1500 about half ton if its a 2500 about 3-quarter ton if its a 3500 about a ton
Take it to the dealer.
It will be inside the glove box to the right. You will have to remove the glove box.
There is a big black box on the driverside inner fender well by the battery, remove the top off of it, flip lid over and read and you will see were the relay is. It is in that box. ( electrical center )
