Yes. You can remove your child from Head Start.
I discovered the answer to this accidentally. The door child locks are controlled by the same switch that controls the window locks. Bit strange but there you go...
Through karting as a child, Formula Renault, GP2
In an open adoption the birth parent(s) are allowed to visit and contact the child. The child may not know them as mom or dad but rather as aunt uncle or cousin. In a closed adoption the birth parents have no contact with the child what so ever. Also, in a closed adoption, the adoptive parents have the right not to tell the child they are adopted if that makes life easier. I was adopted in a closed adoption.
If you're referring to support for a period prior to the child's death, you don't remove it.
No, although he should not allow the case to be closed when the child is underage, as it could be reopened later in another state, with a retroactive amount owing.
An open and closed infant adoption varies greatly. An open infant adoption allows the genetic parents to still have the right to see their child. A closed infant adoption prevents the genetic parents from seeing their child.
A closed adoption is where, after the child is adopted, there is no further contact withe the birth-family, except maybe annual letters. I am an adopted child and I highly recommend closed adoptions, because once they're open- they stay open. Guaranteed.
If the child is believed to be in danger, they can remove the child at any age.
