if I remember right there are two big bolts by the handle, one right behind it and one maybe in the arm rest, and some screws on the very bottom of the panel. might be a screw on top some where, but once you get those out, just lift up on the door panel until it clears the frame and pull out a little, disconnect the wiring harness' and it's off. the simplest door panels I've ever come across.
