Use a good duplicate finder that supports Vista. There's plenty of choice.
Windows has a Search my Files Utility that will help you find your duplicate files in a special search mode that allows finding duplicate files when in Duplicate Search Mode.

The best way to remove duplicate iTunes files is to manually delete them on the computer. This entails going through an entire playlist and manually deleting each duplicate entry.
You can search manually by right click on the folder then select "Search". Type the name of the file then windows will search for similar files. Windows will generate list of similar files which you can modify/delete. Use other tools for automated search and manage duplicate files. Duplicate Files Deleter works for me.

There is no way, unfortunately, but such a feature is on the Winamp wishlist. The Winamp library cannot list the same file twice, so you're not going to have multiple iterations of the same file on your disk in the first place. If you, on the other hand, have duplicate songs on your hard drive that you want removed, I'd recommend a duplicate file cleaner (Google will bring up a nice list of programs that will get the job done), then use the "Remove missing files from media library" option on Winamp to remove the entries for the files the duplicate cleaner removed.
