Grab the front corners (on the headlight end) and pull straight up. The back side is in "slots" and should act like a hinge as you pull up on the front. Then just pull the cover towards you.
To replace, line up the slots in the back, rotate the front down into place gently - align the small ball and socket joints that attach the front. The sockets look like upside-down cones. Then press evenly on each front corner to push the ball into the socket joint.

From what I know, The cover must be held by screws or bolts ,but even tho since your vehicle is considered as high end it can only be removed by ASE CERTIFIED technicians by Mercedes Benz . They have special tools to remove them only at dealerships.
