Unfortunately, nail polish remover is mainly a solvent- acetone. Depending on the type of tile, it Is possible that nail polish remover has dissolved part of the tile. This cannot be undone, and that tile would have to be replaced.

It depends on the tile, but it will come off only with water.
First try white vinegar and water. If that doesn't work, go to a commercial cleaning supplier. There are products used in public restrooms that remove urine odor from tile. Once you remove the smell, seal the tile grout well. This should keep it from holding an odor.
I would use nail polish remover that is 100% acetone. I have used nail polish remover on linoleum tile and laminate counter tops to remove wall paint and it worked great. I just tried nail polish remover on the tile in my bathroom and it was fine. You won't have to worry about damage. If you are worried about damage try it on a little spot that isn't too visible first.
I believe that nail polish remover would take it off the tile.

Pam cooking spray sometimes works on a soft cloth OR WD 40 will almost certainly do the job. depending on the type of tile, acetone ( nail polish remover) will certainly get the job done but remember to check it in an out of the way surface to make sure it doesn't remove the surface of the tile too..

you can use paint thiner or nail polish remover and scrub use Acetone or laqure thinner to remove it, use a toothbrush or something with brissels to scrub it. pressure washer, available at most rental stores.
Scrubbing and some sort of tile wash. If you scrub it directly after it gets on the tile then you can just use hot water, but hair dye is only a stain (it's not permanent) so it will come off.
Nail polish remover or acetone (sometimes, but not always the same thing) should work just fine on smooth glossy tiles. For rougher or more porous tiles, a non plastic scrub brush (acetone will destroy many plastics) may also be helpful. Failing this, try asking a local industry professional.
