There are two screws that hold the fog light in place. You have to go underneath the bumper to get to it. Your best tool will be a small ratchet type wrench. The foglamp is a one piece unit. Just unplug it from the harness and take out the two screws.

you have to remove the turn signal light and some of the trim (grill) to get to the screws that hold the light assembly in place. 10 minute job.

Open hood and at the headlght assembly you'll see two (2) pins which hold the headlight in place pull pins up and out and you can remove the headlight assembly. On the running light assembly there is a clip towards the grill side which will release that assembly. Then simply twist out the old assembly and install new lamp. Try not to touch lamp as the oils from your fingers will shorten the bulb life.
Open the hood. Remove the black plastic cover that goes across the top of the headlights/radiator. Remove the two silver screws that are on the top of the headlight assembly. Then remove the light housing...Not much holding them on.
Remove the tail light assembly (as I recall, it attaches with a couple of screws and is clipped to the body). Remove the bulb holder, replace the bulb, reassemble.
The fuel pump is in the tank, and you will have to remove the tank to access it.
I have 1998, 2002 may be similar. Mine has 2 screws on top of lens assembly. Open the rear hatch, remove 2 screws, pull assembly out. Access bulbs from the rear by twisting sockets out of lens assembly. Probably bulb #1157 for tail brake light
