Remove the screws in the wheel wells and underneath the plastic cover to remove the bumper cover. Then you can see to remove the actual bumper.
driver's side, under the dash. If you remove the left speaker cover and speaker, you should be able to see it and have access to the removal screws

REMOVE TWO TOP BOLTS ON HEADLAMP ASSY. THEN REMOVE BUMPER COVER, THATS RIGHT THE BUMPER COVER, THEN REMOVE TWO BOTTOM BOLTS
To remove the rear bumper cover on a 1993 Ford Taurus wagon, the lights need to be disconnected in the rear. Once all electrical connections are disconnected in the rear, remove the taillights and the fuel filler overflow hose. Remove any nuts and bolts holding the bumper cover on. Using needle nose pliers, pop the push pins around the bumper cover upwards. Slowly pull on the bumper to remove it.
The headlight is fastened by three bolts. The top one is obvious and is on top of the slam panel. The other two are behind the bumper, under the headlight. To get at them you have to partially remove the bumper cover. Remove the plastic plugs holding the front part of the wheel arch cover. Undo three cross head screws securing the cover to the bumper underneath. Remove three 10mm bolts holding the bottom of the bumper cover. Remove two bolts at the top of the radiator grille. There may be a plastic rivet in the centre of the radiator grille to the bumper iron. Reach up inside the wheel arch , pushing the cover aside and remove a self tapping screw securing the top of the bumper cover to the wing. You should now be able to free the bumper plastic and push it away from the bottom of the headlight. There is a small gap between the bumper iron and the headlight. Using a thin extension and10mm socket reach in and remove the bolt. The bolt at the side can be reached the same way or from the side using a ring spanner. Once the three bolts are removed, the headlamp can be eased out and the wiring unplugged. It may be better for access to remove the whole bumper, complete with bumper iron.

1. If needed raise vehicle and support it on Jack stands 2. Remove the retaining screws in the wheel wells and along the upper and lower edges of the bumper cover. Remove the tail light housings. Remove the rear trim plate and pull luggage compartment trim out for access then remove the remaining bumper cover retaining screws. Remove the bumper bolts 3. On station wagons remove the rear window washer fluid reservoir for access to the bumper retaining bolts. The remaining bumper bolts are accessible from below 4. Pull the bumper and cover assembly out and away from the car
The PCV Valve on a 1998 Suzuki Sidekick is located on top of the manifold. There is a small plastic cover that can be taken apart by pulling sideways on it. It has two or three hoses attached and is sometimes colored blue.
It is screwed into the intake manifold between the throttle body and the valve cover
Unbolt the front of the wheel well liner inside the wheel opening.Remove the bumper cover bolt from the bracket located inside of the bumper at the end.AT the front of the car, remove the bolts holding the bumper cover on, located underneath the vehicle.You should now be able to remove the bumper cover from the front of your Dodge Intrepid.An instructional video has been included to show you the removal process.
