good news is its an easy fix its just the expansion valve so ill tell ya what to do,
-you have to empty out the a/c system refrigerant
-on the firewall on the passenger side under hood, you will see where the high/low pressure lines disappear into the firewall there is a little box the lines are bolted to, i think is a 13mm bolt
- its easier if you open the plastic clips holding the lines as they go over the motor, this allows a little movement in the lines when you need to move them a little to get the expansion valve unbolted.
- the box is the expansion valve
-change that box out make sure the o rings are in place and bolt everything back up
- fill the refrigerant and you should be all set
- if you end up filling the a/c yourself make sure the motor is running and the a/c is on max and blowing high when filling.
