remove front headlight assembly to get at horn,it is down below light assembly..
Rear you have to change the entire hub assembly Front you have to remove the axle shaft
Remove the headlight assembly and you will have access to the parking light bulb.
Remove the tire and wheel from your 1995 Chevy. Remove the brake assembly. Tap on the brake rotor with a mallet or hammer. The brake rotor will slide off.
This is really tricky, Chevy has designed it to seemingly make you have to take it to the dealership. I placed my SS on a lift.. the air filter is located under the car in front of the left front tire. you will have to remove the plastic fender, once you do this you will see the air box assembly and be able to replace your filter,, its a real pain to do this!! thanks Chevy!!

Remove hub cap, remove axle nut, raise and support front of vehicle, remove wheel, remove brake caliper and brake pads, remove caliper bracket, remove brake rotor, remove the three 15mm hex head bolts holding hub assembly to knuckle, remove hub assembly by tapping flange with a bfh. Reverse for assembly.
A 11/16 socket is needed to remove the 1984 Chevrolet pickup front axle hub assembly. The socket should be a five-point socket.
In the front of the passenger side fender, The easiest way to access them is to remove the headlight assembly.
Mine had a warped rotor and i had it replaced and it helped
