It's real simple. Empty out you glove box first, on the right side there is a small plastic guide. remove it from the glove box. Reach into the box and squeeze in on the sides to get the stops past the stop braces. The box will fall forward. That's it.
Behind the glove box you will find the Cabin air filter. Now is a good time to replace it.
