Use a large screwdriver with a flat head, and gently pry outside edge away from rim, working around the rim. Once you have worked all the way around the rim, pry away from any spot. Don't worry, they're stronger than they feel, and won't break. Stand to the side of the tire, not in front of, as I t will "POP" off.
