Rub the soiled area with female dog feces. Leave garment out in the sun for 3 days. Then wash in a solution of baking soda and tabasco. Use a dilution of the tabasco (1 tsp per 1 cup of water) and 1/4 cup of baking soda. Fill up washing machine with cold water, put in tabasco/baking soda solution, then put in the clothes, wash and let it line dry in the sun (do not put in dryer). Your clothes will smell fresh and new. This has worked time after time on my nana's clothes.

Rinse the fabric in cold water. Pretreat it if the stains are very bad. Then wash it in a cold water cycle.

Wash the floor with a 50/50 mixture of vinegar & water. As the floor dries, the vinegar smell will dissipate along with the smell of urine.
You can use common all-around cleaning products, such as Formula 409 spray solution, and other cleaning products. Then, just scrub with a paper towel, and the smell should be gone in the area after using a fan to blow away the smell from the 409 spray. This only works if the human urine has been there for a couple days or less, because usually any longer would mean that the urine is stained into the flooring, and needs a much stronger cleaning product.

It isn't. Cat urine is not fluorescent, and it does not glow in the dark. I'm not sure where this myth comes from. Cat urine is yellow, like human urine. To the naked eye, it is indistinguishable from human urine, except for the smell. Cat urine is ammonia-based (unlike human urine) so it smells of ammonia.
You can remove cat urine from your car seat by applying a product called D-Molish. D-Molish actually neutralizes the urine smell, it will be totally gone!
