Phosphoric acid will remove iron stains. Vinegar may also work. You need to keep the surface wet with the acid for it to have long enough to work. CLR also works. Wear rubber gloves and eye protection if you use phosphoric acid. Phosphoric acid is sometimes available at pool supply companies. Pool supply companies may have other suggestions. Janitorial and restaurant supply stores also will have some good cleaners for iron stains.

Those stains are really hard to get out!! The best luck I've had is with products used to remove iron (iron-out or probably any other similar product). However, I wouldn't recommend using that on anything but solid whites. It will ruin colored clothing. Hope that helps.
You do not get stains from overchlorination of pool water. Look to another source like pH too high or too low, high copper levels, high mineral levels like iron etc. Depends too on what type of stains
Place a cotton cloth over the stain and press a dry iron on it for several seconds, DONT USE STEAM! It make take a few times.

Ancient Egyptians extracted iron ore from rocks using a combination of heating the rocks in fires to break them down, and then using various tools to extract the iron. This process involved a series of steps including crushing the rocks, smelting the ore to separate the iron from the rock, and then shaping the iron into tools and weapons.
Some weathered rocks have rust streaks due to the iron content in the rocks. When rocks that have ferrous iron are weathered there will be rust streaks present.
