For the shirt: try using some laundry spray that has petroleum in the ingredients--it should remove the stain from the Duct Tape glue.
If the duct tape is still tightly on the wall, get out your laundry iron, and a cloth. This should enable you to heat up the remaining tape so that it will come loose from the wall. Then, use a glue--or goo--remover to remove the remaining amount. Some scraping and elbow grease with fine sandpaper may be necessary.
