without shattering it, no way, there are 2 screws at the bottom, take those out and pull it to you gently then lift up, if you didnt crack it Im amazed.

The Miata horn is located 6-8" to the left of the hood lock assembly towards the passenger side. It is held by a single bolt that also grounds the horn for electrical signal. The horn is hidden behind the bumper. Remove this bolt and you will be able to remove the horn by reaching up inside the mouth of the car. There will be a single, black electrical spade connector that is removed.
