If you are going to hang drywall in a moist area, use green board. Green board is made for this. If it is already hung, but is getting moldy, you have the option of using a base coat like Killz. Killz is made to kill mold, and prevent future outbreaks. It is not made for your final coat though. You will need to actually need to paint it after you are finished with your Killz coats.
A 5 percent solution of water and bleach will kill the mold on the surface. After it dries paint the area with Killz. That should take care of it. If the area has been flooded and the area of mold is extensive, then you likely need to hire a professional to remediate the problem. Mold can make you ill.
