When you sync it with your computer you can delete it from iTunes
If it's music you uploaded from your computer you have to plug it back in and delete the music files by going to the phone on your computer and deleting the files

That's not really a question, but plug the iPod into your computer and use iTUnes to remove the songs.

If there is music that is not on your computer or synced to your computer the computer will replace it with things it recognizes AKA music on your computer. to fix go on your ipod menu in itunes and click do not auto sync when plugged. also click manually manage music and you can put on your music from your computer on your ipod and be happy.
You can transfer music from the iPod to any computer, as long as that computer has iTunes.
