Then, use a baking soda and water paste to gently scrub the affected area, which can help remove any dullness. Rinse well and dry the surface. To my knowledge there are no legal restrictions against nail polish in public hot tubs. In a privately owned hot tub, it would be up to the feelings of the individual owner, however in a lifetime of hot tub use and ownership, I've never heard anyone refusing, or even having a problem with a nail polish wearer, assuming you mean dry nail polish as opposed to wet and freshly applied. On the other hand, it has been my experience that the bubbling hot water can actually be hard on a very recent manicure, even when its had a chance to set. If you want to keep the polish looking good, you may want to make sure to wait a day or so before entering.
To effectively use tub polish to restore the shine and cleanliness of your bathtub, start by thoroughly cleaning the tub with a mild cleaner to remove any dirt and grime. Then, apply the tub polish according to the manufacturer's instructions, using a soft cloth or sponge to buff the surface in circular motions. Allow the polish to dry completely before rinsing it off with water. Repeat this process as needed to maintain the shine and cleanliness of your bathtub.

On the the ceramic tile you can use nail polish remover. Get set up first! Have a small bowl of warm soapy water ready, then take a small amount of nail polish remover on a piece of cotton ball and rub a tiny area to test and if all is well take the rest of the nail polish off and IMMEDIATELY wipe it off with the warm soapy water and take a paper towel and dry the wet spot. As far as drywall you'll simply have to repaint this area. If the paint on the drywall has been on for sometime you may have to paint the whole wall to get the same color as the rest of the walls. For especially large or otherwise difficult nail polish spills, try using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser after completing the aforementioned steps.
