nail polish remover will remove the stain but if you don't place a paper towel under the cloth, the stain will have nowhere to go but spread. A small plastic cutting board stuck down the leg under the stain with a paper towel between it and the stain is the best plan because the nail polish remover will carry the stain through the paper towel. moisten the spot and push it through, repeat until the color fades. don't scrub because that will spread the stain. Change the towel as it becomes soaked. You might need to use several bottles to get it out completely.

I'm usually using nail polish remover or clear alcohol (vodka). Nail polish remover is more efficient but one has to be caferul, because it can remove color as bleach. It is good to check it first.

Stain, no. Remove color, very likely.
Nail polish remover takes the polish off your nails, doesn't it? It will work on most nail polish stains, whether on clothing or furniture. Apply the nail polish remover to the stain and then lightly blot the stain. Apply detergent and warm water to make sure that you have removed the stain completely and then wash as usual with your detergent. You may have to apply the nail polish remover and blot several times to remove all of the nail polish stain. Do not give up!

It depends on what item the nail polish is staining. It is nearly impossible to remove nail polish from fabrics/carpet/tablecloths because the nail polish remover will bleach and damage the fabric before it will remove all the color of the polish. Commercial stain remover products will not be effective on nail polish as it is paint based. If it was spilled on glass then it is safe to use nail polish remover. On wood furniture it will also remove the varnish and wood stain along with the polish so that isn't good either. In other words, your parents are going to "notice" wherever you spilled the polish.
Nail polish out of black topUse fingernail polish remover, an use Clorox beach 2, to help get the rest of the stain out! good luck;-)
Acetone nail polish remover should dissolve the nail polish and makes it able to dab the stain out for the biggest part. To get it cleaned completely, a professional cleaner might be able to help.

Basically how you get rid of nail polish when it's on your skins/nails. You can put the nail polish remover on the stain or put more nail polish on top of the stain and wipe it off quickly. This worked for me.
Are you serious?? You remove it the same way you would remove any nail polish.... with nail polish remover.
1. Apply a small amount of nail polish remover to the spot 2. Scrub the spot gently with a dry wash cloth or hand towel If that doesn't get it completely out then try this next 3. Pour cold water on the spot slowly 4. Scrub the spot with elbow grease If that doesn't work Sorry :-(
