No they dont.
i was going to buy a hand pump to extract the oil out of my car through the dipstick ,any way they claim that this is how Mercedes dealers do it.If you remove the large plastic mud guard located underneath the motor (6 small screws) you'll see the drain plug near the front of the car on the driver's side of the oil pan.
it's a pz-35 ..... look up top ...it's right behind your air filter housing on the right side of the engine .

By this I assume you mean the amount of oil that will fill the engine to the maximum oil guage level when the engine is empty. For the 190E 2.6 it is between 6 and 7 lts (1.5gallons)
On the 190E it's behind the air filter; it you peek behind the air filter you should see the top of the oil filter. Because it's inverted, there is no oil spillage when you remove it--very convenient. John
On top of engine at the back, on the right hand side, behind air filter.
The 1991 Mercedes Benz 2.6 liter engine oil capacity is 4.5 quarts. The engine oil pan will hold 4.0 quarts and the oil filter will hold one half quart.
Mercedes 2.6 (m103) oil pressure reliefThe oil pressure relief valve on a Mercedes 190e 2.6 (103) is mounted in the oil pump housing. Access is by removing the sump where the oil pump housing is located at the front of the engine. The relief valve consists of four components, a screw plug, a compression spring, a guide pin, and a piston. Remove the screw plug and withdraw the spring the pin and the piston. Refit in the reverse order to removal and torque the screw plug to 50Nm.
