There are 4 total 13 mm nuts (two per inboard and outboard sides) mounted on studs through metal hardware attached to the rear of the power seat (behind the tracks). These are covered by black plastic cosmetic face plates (pulled up to remove).
These were removed, the rear of the seat elevated above the studs and the whole seat was pulled rearward. This did not work.
The underside of the car was checked to see if a bolt/nut for the foreward part of the track/seat could be found. None was found.
One bolt or nut (13mm) was found on each upper corner of the track upper linkage to secure the seat proper to the track assembly. These could be removed to remove the seat from the track assembly.
This may allow a top down look at the track assembly and may reveal how the front of the track assembly is secured to the floor. (Maybe it pulls straight up and is just mounted to (floor) pins (studs)?
There is a power wire directly under the seat which is easily disconnected by popping the pinch arms on the connector. The seat has wires connected to the 6-way switch assembly on the left side of the seat proper which must be removed/unconnected in order to remove the seat.
There is some black trim plastic along the length of the left side of the driver's power seat which is removed by unscrewing a forward and back screw. The seat must be raised a bit in the rear in order to get a screwdriver on the screw.
Summary: Remove the rear 4 13mm nuts from the 4 studs going through the rear seat assembly just behind the seat tracks. Remove left side trim piece. Remove 13 mm bolt or nut from each corner of the seat proper at the highest part of the track upper linkage. Remove seat proper and wire connector to 6-way switch. Look down on seat track assembly to see if there is someway to pull up the track assembly from the floor. There may be a nut or bolt holding down the track or some type of pin which once removed may allow the track assembly to be pulled rearward or up to remove it. No bolt holds through the car floor and accessed from the underbody where found.
