There isn't one. You have to remove the lower radiator hose, which is a poor design.
It don't have 1. You MUST remove the transmission pan to drain the fluid.

Remove lower hose, drain into bucket. Drain alve aka "pet-cock" needs too be replaced. it's available at any auto parts store

When standing in front of the van it is on the left hand side on the engine side of the radiator it's on the bottom. It plastic.
