1. drain coolant from system.
2. take the seat and side covers off
3.take off the over flow tube
4. take the fuel tank off
5.take of plastic side covers on rad
6. if your bike has a charcoal canister take it off
7. take rad cover off front of rad
8. disconnect cooling fan wire
9. disconnect wires from thermostatic switch coupler
10.losen hose clamps on rad
11. remove upper bolts from rad
12. pull the rad slightly forward while working the rad hoses off then pull rad forward. up and out of the lower receptacles on the frame
(The rad and the fan removed as one unit.)
