It is a combined fuse number F6 that also does the stereo. You will find it in the glovebox fuse panel on the MK2 or on the MK1 it is below to the right on the drivers side.
what model is it? i.e mk2 2.0 172 or mk3 1.2 16v? mk3 1.2 16v
to remove the radiator from a mk2 mondeo start by removing the water pipes then the lower support bar that the radiator sits in is bolted to the chassis leg on both sides by for 13mm bolts once these are undone the radiator will drop off . if you have air con the air con rad will be bolted to the normal radiator so just undo the 2 bolts and slide it off but do not undo the air con pipes if you can help it as you will need to get it refilled

If it's a Mk2 Clio then the speedo is electronic - Mk1 Clios had cable driven speedos.
on the mk2 its in the boot, under the plastic. The plastic im on about is the one with the gold horn in the middle.
there are two or three screws on the bottom of the door, where the plastic meets the metal of the door. Again, on the lower part of the door (maybe 1 on the side too) Hope to help
