How do you remove rear door panel of 2000 Saturn LS-1 to replace speaker?

The panel that goes over the speaker can pop off, but its pretty hard to do without breaking the clips that hold it in. I changed the speakers in mine and ended up just breaking the panels off. The speakers i put in are visible but it works fine.
