Remove 2 7mm bolts on instrument cover plastic. remove this part exposing the 4 7mm bolts that hold in the cluster then carefully remove instrument cluster from dash. On the back of the cluster you can remove the bulbs by turning them counter clockwise and pulling them out. Bulb number 194
remove trim in front of cluster, then 4 7-8mm bolts that hold in cluster then shifter indicator from bottom of cluster hten pull cluster out until u can get behind to find bulbs, twist and remove the light bulbs likely be found at radio shack good luck
inside the bonnet behind where the bulbs are there will be a big plastic cap and if you twist it you will have access to the cluster of bulbs.
Generally, you need to remove the cluster and once you do you will be able to get at the individual bulbs in the back of the instrument cluster. Common tools are all that I have ever used, but disconnect the battery first.
pull your light switch out and use a small screw driver to push clip and remove the plastic tip on the head light switch then remove the black trim around the gauge cluster
