I'm not really sure of this myself, i have the same problem. as much as i know, you will have to remove the gril and to do that, first you will have to remove the lower part of the back seat, if you look underneath the lower part you will see two ring-shape handles that you have to pull to release the lower part there is one handle in each side of the seat. I've got to this part but i haven't got the time to continue the process but when you take the lower part out, you will notice that the top part is screwed to the car I've seen two screws that you have to remove but im not sure if there are more.

If your talking about the door speakers then you will have to remove the door panels to get to the speakers.
Begin by removing the cover from your rear speakers. Remove the rear speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speaker. The rear speakers will come out.
Remove the cover from your 2001 Kia rear speakers. Remove the rear speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers. Reverse the process to install the new rear speakers.

Remove rear seat, them remove rear deck to get to the speakers.
Rear speakers are oval 6x8
You will need to remove the covers from your 1996 Integra rear speakers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers.
Remove the rear speaker covers in your 1994 Chevy Cavalier. Remove the rear speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the rear speakers.
Remove the covers to your 2000 Chevy Malibu rear speakers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers. Reverse the process to install your new rear speakers.
Remove the dash pad, then remove the speakers from the dash frame. For the rear speakers, open the trunk and remove the brackets, that hold the speakers in place. not for the back speakers ..you have to remove the lower rear seat then remove the seat belts then the rear seat back then remove the header panels in the back seat then remove the deck cover ..the rear speakers are bolted in from the top down under the rear deck cover....and the front speakers i believe are mounted in the door panels in the front doors ..you have to remove the door panels to remove them .some do have them in the dash also if they are there u do as the person stated before me.
