On my 99 you remove the headlight assembly by removing the two plastic covered wing nuts, then remove the side marker/blinker assembly by removing the plastic covered wing bolt, then the light is accessible. It sounds harder than it is!
There are 2 horns on the 1997 Oldsmobile Silhouette. You must remove the headlight/ turn signal assemblies (2 thumbsrews to remove each one). You will find each horn in the space below the headlight.
Remove tire, install spare which has an open center hole allowing access to axle nut, remove axle nut (33mm socket), remove spare, remove caliper, remove rotor, remove hub/bearing assembly, install new hub/bearing assembly, and so on in reverse order.
If you're talking about a headlight lens, as far as I know you can't it's glued together to prevent moisture from entering the assembly. A new assembly is only about $30. on E-Bay or discountbodyparts.com.
you have to remove the whole headlamp assembly to get to the turn signal bulb pull the headlight assembly straight out it is fairly easy There are two wing nuts on top of the unit that must be removed.
To restart your computer simply remove the positive terminal from the battery for 5 minutes.
3 10mm bolts hold on the headlight assembly. Remove bolts and lift assembly slightly from the bottom to release it. Pull assembly forward. Twist marker light holder to remove it. Bulb pulls out. Reverse for installation.
Unzip the armrest cover and pull forward. You will the see the bolt that holds the armrest onto the seat.

The 1997 Oldsmobile computer is located behind the passenger side kick plate. You will need to remove the passenger side kick plate in order to access the computer.
You need to remove the side marker first. Remove the screw and pull hard perpendicular to the car to remove the side marker. Once that's removed you can see 2 screws on bottom of the headlight/foglight assembly and one screw on the top of the assembly as well as one nut on the side of the light assembly. Remove those screws and nut and you can pull out the whole headlight/foglight assembly. Remove the connector by pulling it straight out. Remove the rubber gasket and the spring lock. Assembly is the opposite.
information you can find all says to remove the crossover pipe, but i have found it is much easier to remove the throttle body instead.
