Either:
-Remove the songs from your iTunes library
or
-Create a playlist and put all of your songs into that one playlist. Then change your iPod settings to not sync all music in your library, but instead only sync selected playlists. You can then delete songs from the playlist but still have them in your iTunes library, and they will therefore not be synced to your iPod
Yes you can.
You can't :( It's extremely lame.

That's not really a question, but plug the iPod into your computer and use iTUnes to remove the songs.
The only way would be to remove everything through itunes. "Restore to factory settings" i suggest virus scanning all of your songs to check they are not affected then put the songs back on your ipod :)
by downloading the songs on the CD on the computer and plug in your iPod and pick what songs you want on your iPod
Plug in your iPod and open up iTunes on your computer. Then, there are two ways you can go from here. You could either go through each individual song, select each repeat, and then delete them all at once, or you could delete all the songs on your iPod and re-sync the iPod with iTunes with the songs you want to be on there.
If your iPod is locked, then you cannot put songs on it. You have to enter the password and unlock the iPod to add songs to it.
You add songs to your ipod by using itunes.
You can drag the songs from Library to "___'s iPod".
You don't have to download songs onto your iPod, but that is half of what the iPod was made for.
you cant download songs from napster on to an ipod
