Shave it or dye it.
If bleach will not remove the stains from your tablecloth, the stains will not come out. One way to save the tablecloth would be to dye it a different color. You can find dye at any craft store or supermarket.
Toothpaste!
Selfless tanning???? Do you mean sunless tanning? Sunless tanning is simply a dye or iodine that stains the skin. All you need to do is to exfoliate(remove dead skin cells) to get rid of it. However, it may take several days of scrubbing your skin to remove it completely.

Protein stains require a cold water soak.Dye stains require hot water and a pretreatment. Stubborn dye stains require bleach.Oily stains require liquid detergent put on them before they go in to the washing machine.Other stains will just come out in the wash.
Bleach is used to remove stains because it removes the color of the stain. It actually can leave the stain there, but it gets rid of the color so you cannot see it. It is difficult to use because it will remove the dye from almost anything it touches.
Different stains are difficult to remove for different reasons. Oil stains are difficult because they resist the water used to clean them. Protein stains are difficult because they can change and become more stuck into the fabric over time adn with heat. Dye stains are difficult because they are products designed to change the color of things, and clothes are not an exception.
